I'm entering in a discount code at checkout but it's only applying to certain products.
Typically discount codes don't apply to sale items. If you're noticing that the products in your cart are sale items this is most likely the case. If it's not shoot us an email and we'll get you hooked up with a working discount code.
I'm trying to order but there's an 'Error 1000' message I keep getting.
Usually 'Error 1000' messages have to do when the billing address you entered in doesn't match the credit card you're using. If you're even one number off on your zip code you'll keep getting that error so our best advice is to double check everything. Still having trouble? Email us.

I live outside the US and want to order a product. How do I go about doing that?
Right now we're only shipping inside the USA. Don't get us wrong, we love all you wonderful people living in exotic, faraway places with your amazing foods and cultures but for now we're sticking to domestic shipping.
I bought something but I decided I don't really want it. What's the process on returns?
Guess what? You're in luck. Tailgate will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange, on merchandise purchased over the internet or from our retail and factory stores. Head over to shipping & returns for all the details.

How early can I order to get something shipped out the same day?
Our cutoff time for same day shipping is all orders by 1pm ET.
