Tailgate will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange, on merchandise purchased over the internet, or from our retail and factory stores. We do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects, so we will gladly accept any defective items back for full return or exchanges. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us.
